Gift Wrap 
Our jewelry are shipped in cotton filled boxes with bow ready to be gifted.

Ring Size Exchange

If you ordered a wrong ring size and you need to exchange it, we will gladly exchange it for you within 30 days of delivery. all you need to do is contact us via the "contact us" form on this website and we will send you instructions for size exchange. Please keep in mind that jewelry that has been used, resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for exchange. All Jewelry must be returned in NEW,UNWORN CONDITION, and will undergo quality checks.

Returning Purchases

If you need to return jewelry purchased from us, use the Return form on the home pgae to obtain RMA number and return the jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • Jewelry items with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • Items valued more than $500 must also be insured.
  •  Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All Jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks.
  • All certificates of authenticity, grading, and any free gift -if included- must be returned with your merchandise.

Refund will be issued within 3~4 days after we receive the items.

 

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Orders in the US are shipped via First ClassMail 3~5 days for Flat Rate Shipping of $4.95 or Via Priority Mail 2~3 days for Flate Rate Shipping of $7.95
  • All US orders are trackable.
  • International orders are shipped Via Standard International mail  for a Flate Rate Shipping of $8.95
  • Canada & UK orders are trackable.
